It's true. My fellow REALTORS might kill me for saying that - but there are really only 3 easy steps to buying or selling a home.
1. Find your ideal home in your ideal environment (or the perfect buyer)2. Get approved for a loan (or, if you're selling, your buyer gets approved for a loan)
3. Pick up the keys and step into your new life! (Or hand over your keys to the next owner)
